It is a quick moment stroll to some of the bay areas most celebrated restaurants, multiple wine tasting venues, evening jazz, world class shopping or just sit under a shade tree in the plaza watching the world go by while sipping your gourmet coffee and eating European pastries.
Sonoma Valley is blessed with a multitude of attractions, historical sites, recreational opportunities, and facilities, and our house is centrally located to embrace it all.
The Valley attracts tourists from around the world and our house is the perfect location to explore the multiple treasures of the Sonoma Valley. Located only 45 minutes north of San Francisco, Sonoma Valley is best known for its award-winning wines and wineries. It is also home to numerous small farms, art museum, galleries, fabulous Wine Country restaurants, unique historical sites and attractions, beautiful scenery, wonderful shops and boutiques, world-class spas, and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. From hiking and biking to horseback riding, visitors can fill each and every day with a wide range of activities appropriate to all ages. Sonoma Valley boasts more than 13,000 acres of state and regional park land.
Start your day with a short walk to one of the various award-winning bakeries, pick up a newspaper, and return to the house to enjoy your treats on the sunny deck overlooking the colorful garden. Or, walk to the numerous unique restaurants serving full breakfasts. Take a one block stroll for a morning spa treatment.
Spend the rest of the morning shopping on the plaza, visiting the celebrated Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, take an art class at the community center, bicycle through the vineyards on the bike path, shop at the fresh organic vegetable stands, enjoy cheese tastings at the two cheese factories, sit in the Plaza and watch the ducks, gather gourmet delights from the multiple specialty shops, visit the winery tasting rooms to pick the perfect afternoon wine choice to go with your picnic lunch, and it is all within a two-block radius of our house.

Catch live theater or walk over to the renovated Sebastiani theater for an art movie. You do not even need your car once you are settled in. Relax in your own private hot tub at days end before settling into a comfortable chair for a movie or read a new book purchased from the independent book store on the Plaza.
